Are you a licensed nurse and want to work nights in elderly care and home healthcare or special accommodations?

Your Responsibilities

As a nurse/district nurse, you will work independently with home healthcare in regular housing as well as care in the short-term unit. During home visits, you will meet patients in various life situations, in their own homes. You will also support the night patrol's nursing assistants both via phone and in the homes of our patients.

You will collaborate closely with nursing staff and work together with the nurse in special accommodations. As a nurse in special accommodations, you will work independently with healthcare for the elderly/LSS accommodations. Your responsibilities include nursing, health and medical care measures, assessments, and documentation according to HSL.

Your Profile

The work requires that you are positive, cooperative, and creative, as well as taking your own initiatives and responsibility. In the job, you will meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a desire to help others. You are engaged by contributing to a learning organization and sharing your knowledge. You are service-oriented by always showing a good attitude and keeping the patient in focus.

We prefer that you have a cost- and environmentally conscious approach, as well as a positive attitude towards change, quality, and development work. You are loyal and an ambassador for the organization. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Qualifications

You are a licensed district or nurse, holding Swedish authorization. If you reside in Finland, you must have a valid passport, which is needed for the SITHS card. It is an advantage if you speak Finnish as we have many patients who speak Finnish.

A driver's license is a requirement for the position.

The employment is a permanent position with approximately 70% employment rate at night. A 6-month probationary period may apply. Interviews will be conducted continuously during the application period, so please submit your application today!
